Yes, you will need a BC CareCard, ICBC Claim # and your adjuster’s name and phone number to process your claim. It is important to contact your adjuster at ICBC to ensure all proper forms are complete and your claim for physiotherapy has been approved.
Yes, in order for us to bill under your WCB claim you must first consult with a G.P. and fill out all proper WCB forms with your employer. You must have a BC CareCard, G.P. referral and WCB Claim number.
If you do not have a WCB claim number prior to your first visit, you may have to pay for the visit yourself. Once you receive your claim number, please inform our receptionist so that your visits can be re-billed to WCB. Once your claim is approved, you will receive reimbursement from us, NOT WCB.
You should give yourself at least an hour for your initial assessment and treatment and about 45 minutes to an hour for each subsequent visit.
Physiotherapy in our clinic includes a full thorough orthopedic assessment. Once the diagnosis is made, the client is treated with a combination of manual therapy, electrical modalities and an extensive therapeutic exercise program. Every client is given a home exercise program.
We ask that you bring a pair of shorts, runners and wear loose comfortable clothing.
We are located on the corner of McMurray and Kingsway, across from the Sears at Metrotown Mall and above the Bank of Montreal on the 3rd floor.

There is very limited parking underground at our building but there is some parking on McMurray Street. You can also park across the street at Metrotown Mall in the Sears Parking lot.
Monday to Friday we book our first appointments at 6:30am and our last appointments at 7:00pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
