ICBC (Motor Vehicle Injuries)

We accept ICBC claims for injuries caused by motor vehicle accidents. We can see patients for orthopedic injuries as well as concussions and vestibular injuries.

Call or book online for an Initial Physiotherapy Appointment and let us know at the time of your appointment you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident.

Please come with your claim number to your first appointment.

We can often direct bill ICBC and we also cover all reports to ICBC at no expense to the patient.

Please contact us ASAP after your accident to coordinate treatment, there if a limited time period in which ICBC will cover physiotherapy treatments after an injury. We are often able to get you in for a same day or same week appointment.

If approved by ICBC we can also see motor vehicle patients for clinical pilates physiotherapy rehab on the reformer. If you would like to book for this please book an Initial Clinical Pilates appointment. Please know that without specific approval from ICBC for this you may have an out of pocket expense for this appointment, please call us (604-430-3066) for more details.

Workplace Injuries (WSBC)

We accept workplace injuries (WSBC claims) for physiotherapy treatment. Please ensure you call or book an appointment as soon as possible after a workplace injury. There is no out of pocket expense to you and we directly bill work safe BC for your treatments once your claim is approved.

  • your employer information including HR or supervisors contact information
